Project Coordinator

Being sales coordinator between domestic and overseas exhibitor, sales department and related department in term of communication over phone and e-mail.

  • Back Office support for all sales related activities, contact with exhibitors.
  • Manage exhibitor orders and coordinate with other departments in order to deliver the services in time.
  • Prepare necessary information to exhibitors per requests.
  • Checking sponsorship items, privileged items, other media and updating information.
  • Support sales in following up payment or any missing balance and resolving bad debt customers (if any)
  • Working with sales executive to optimize sales.
  • Provide customer service support and any other after sales activities via face-to-face, phone and e-mail, including exhibitor briefing day and on-site (move-in/show days/move-out)
  • General administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with international partners.

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant field
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Sales or Marketing position.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with customers
  • High computer literacy with advanced skills in MS Office
