Marketing Executive (Partnership Development)

• Take a good care of existing partners (g. The Asia Architectural Expo Alliance Partners, Government, Association, State Enterprise, Education Institution) for deep collaboration and socialization in order to keep a close relationship with strategic partners
• Build business partners by growing partnership portfolio in architectural and related field and manage the programs effectively.
• Cultivate and mange partnership development strategist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and future partners
• Keep track of latest and trendiest partners available on a global scale
• Lead in proposal development in compliance with partners requirement and company policy
• Assist with the creation and distribution of mailing / document to externals

Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management or dealing with professional entities
• Able to deal with multiple parties both in-house and third parties with tight timeline
• Strong communication, strong negotiation, good presentation skill
• Excellent written skill in official document
• Fluent in English in both verbal and written communication
• Proficient in MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint)
